无法打开串口

roslaunch turn_on_wheeltec_robot turn_on_wheeltec_robot.launch
报错： : wheeltec_robot can not open serial port,Please check the serial port cable!
按照常见bug.pdf的操作打开CP21xxCustomizationUtility.exe并安装了cp2102usb驱动/CP210xVCPInstaller_x64.exe。连接板子发现没有串口（点了refresh还是没有）
